Remember the old saying, “Sticks and stones may break my bones, but names will never hurt me?” Well, that couldn’t be further from the truth, especially for our youth.
Bullying and cyber bullying are very prevalent, especially with the rapid rise of technology and social media. Factor in such issues like sexuality and it makes these issues much more important to tackle.
Be mindful of the words you speak and the actions you take toward others, as they can have a powerful effect.

About Anthony Naguiat, LMHC:
Anthony is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida, as well as a Qualified Supervisor for Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns.
