* Overwhelmed by symptoms or reminders of past or recent trauma, I can help you overcome and heal from the impacts. I am EMDR-Certified and am an EMDRIA Approved Consultant as well, meaning I have advanced training in EMDR. I also utilize IFS-informed interventions as well.
* Worrying or feeling sad constantly, I can help you develop coping skills and help you process through situations contributing to anxiety, depression, and life’s stressors to lead a happier life.
* Struggling with a lack a supportive space to discuss and process LGBTQIA+ related concerns, including societal stressors, or are unsure of how to to help/support LGBTQIA+ family members or friends, I can help by offering a welcoming space for LGBTQIA+ individuals and/or allies, family members, and loved ones.
* Going through a stressful or painful life change (College transition, job stress, relationship changes, sudden death/loss, etc.), I can help you process these changes so you can heal and grow.

I am available for sessions by appointment only, via telehealth, typically Monday through Thursday during daytime hours (morning/daytime/afternoon). I do not offer evening hours or weekends at this time.
